Sequence 1: Advanced Hip Opener

This sequence focuses on opening up the hips, a common area of tightness for many individuals.

  1. Start in a low lunge position with the right foot forward.
  2. Lower the back knee to the ground and untuck the toes.
  3. Slowly lower your hips towards the ground while keeping your spine straight.
  4. Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Sequence 2: Standing Forward Fold Variation
